Did you listen to Obama's speech last night? Because, while politics take a big backseat to my family, good food and poop jokes, I've got to say: Wow.

How long has it been since you've heard someone speak with the power to give you goosebumps?

If I'm not mistaken, I felt some tiny flicker of hope last night. It's been a long, long time since I've felt that particular feeling and let me say: It felt good.

Good enough for The Varmint to buy an Obama ball cap of his very own.

Good enough for me to buy a dozen of these amazing Sheperd Fairy stickers and mentally commit to public vandalism.

Good enough for us to believe in the possibility of an American president that won't disappoint?

Well. Let's not get stupid...
