Call it sacrelige, but I've never been a fan of naps. That's all changed in the last three months.

The current nap schedule goes something like this:

6:30 am - Wake Up

11 am - Nap

2 pm - Post-lunch Digestive Nap

5 pm - Nap or TV or both

8 pm - TV ... which turns into another Nap

11 pm - Bed

Some naps are 20 minutes, some are 2-3 hours. But honestly? I think I'm sleeping at least 12 hours a day. Here's a good frame of reference for the fellas out there: Currently, I put making a baby at about the same level of physical exhaustion as fighting off the flu.

(Of course with pregnancy, the final excretions are much more favorable - though a bit more permanent.)
